I co-founded Cool Cats and led its concept, vision, and brand — the identity, the digital experiences, and the touchpoints people actually met it through. It became one of the most recognizable brands of the NFT era.

Timestamped feedback for audio. Drop a track, mark it up, share the link.

A web app for leaving notes directly on a waveform, so feedback stays attached to the exact moment it’s about. I designed, built, and launched it on my own — then repositioned it when real usage told a different story than the one I started with.

Subnet Atlas

A daily read on the Bittensor economy, in about a minute.

Real-time analytics for Bittensor’s subnet economy, rebuilt over seven months from a dashboard of everything into a daily briefing that answers one question fast: what is the state of the network today? Most of the design work was subtraction — and making every number honest about what it can and can’t say.

An experimental self-reflection tool that locates where your attention and agency are operating right now — and a visual framework that explains the model. It describes states, never identities.

A little about me.

I’m Evan — a designer, builder, and creative technologist based in Austin, Texas.

Since 2016 I’ve been turning ideas into things people can use: launch experiences for Steam at Valve, Azure interfaces at Microsoft, wallets and hardware at Bitcoin.com. Then I co-founded Cool Cats, and learned how fast something can grow when it actually resonates.

Today I run ELU LABS, where I design, build, and ship my own products — with AI tools closing most of the distance between an idea and a working thing. I also make music as ELU, and draw a small ghost called Ghost Boy.

The thread through all of it: I like making complicated things feel obvious, and I like making things, full stop.
